My name is Alcy Sivyer

I’ve cooked for over fifteen retreats, adapting my menu to the unique needs of each retreat. Though I often use recipes as a starting point, my cooking style is very improvisational. I’m guided by my intuition and the energy of the retreat, with the ultimate goal of creating meals that are colorful, energizing, and delicious.
