What’s on the menu?

The menu for every retreat is unique. I work with retreat leaders to make sure my meals align with the event’s mission and activities. Then, I survey the attendees to plan around dietary accommodations and allergies. I’m a big proponent of plant-based vegan cooking, but I’m not strict. I’m comfortable planning diverse menus around all types of plant-forward diets: vegan, vegetarian, raw, dairy-free, gluten-free, and more. More than anything else, I delight in helping people discover the joy of healthy, fresh food.
